Success #2! After convincing the Chef to make some vegan cornbread from Veganomicon (The bible of vegan cookbooks) he did it and we both thought it was mmm mmm good. It wasn't as light and fluffy as normal cornbread but had the same great taste. Definitely a repeat.
It's the little things that make me happy these days. Vegan cornbread, collards, and mashed sweet potatoes with a side of turkey meatloaf (today was a day of meat for ole Daisy)
