Day two was super hard.
I woke up with a pounding headache that I rode out until 5pm and then finally went against detox orders and took 2 advil.
I had my breakfast which was delicious and then my green juice which I always enjoy but then the thought of more salad with more ginger made me want to barf, plus my headache was so bad I wasn't even hungry anyway.
So I finally went back to Whole Foods and broke the rules. I'm still eating vegan and mainly raw but tonight I added in grains and nuts. I felt so weak and horrible I just need a little something.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better!
