Got almost all my bounty at WF, except for the few odd ingredients: cherries, acorn squash (it's fall!), and kiwi. It's very hard to eat for nutrients seasonally that's fer sher.
Anyway to get ready for my impending reboot I had the following for dinner: 1) mushroom, quinoa, and kale soup 2) 5 Wendy's chicken nuggets 3) Sea-salt fries (man those are delicious) and 4) a coke. This pretty much sums up my diet for the last couple of months. 1 part incredibly healthy/1 part incredibly not.
Let's see if we can fix that ratio!
